9.08.010: FIREARM DEFINED:
As used in this chapter, the term "firearm" means any gun, rifle, pistol, cannon or other device which is discharged by the igniting of gunpowder from within a firing chamber designed for such purpose as a component of the firearm. (Ord. 1990-O-38 § 1)
