9.04.150: UNLAWFUL SOLICITATION TO COMMIT A VIOLATION:
   A.   Elements Of The Offense: A person commits unlawful solicitation when, with intent that any violation of this code be committed, he commands, encourages or requests another to commit that violation.
   B.   Prohibited: No person shall commit an act of unlawful solicitation within the village. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IV)
