9.04.130: ALLOWING ANIMAL TO DISTURB PEACE:
No person shall keep or harbor any dog, cat or any other animal which by barking, howling, bawling or by any other noises, shall disturb the peace and quiet of any family, individual or neighborhood. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IV)
