9.04.090: DAMAGING UTILITY, SIGN AND CABLE TELEVISION FACILITIES:
No unauthorized person shall alter, deface, damage or wilfully interfere with any utility, signage or cable television facilities which are lawfully in, upon or over real estate within the village. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IV)
