9.04.050: RIOTOUS OR NOISY ASSEMBLAGES PROHIBITED:
No person shall cause or participate in any riotous, turbulent, disorderly or noisy assemblages of persons lawfully in the streets or lawfully on other public places within the village. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IV)
