9.04.040: DISTURBING ASSEMBLAGES:
No person shall disrupt or disturb any lawful assemblage or gathering in the village by conduct, actions or behavior that is either riotous, turbulent, disorderly, noisy, rude or indecent. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IV)
