8.40.060: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation committing a first violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and no more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each day the violation occurs. (Ord. 2009-O-53 § 1)
