8.40.010: GENERAL PROHIBITION:
Burning of leaves, branches, brush or similar material is prohibited except as described in this Chapter. The prohibition on burning does not apply to campfires or similar recreational fires, which are subject to the regulations of Title 15, Buildings and Construction. (Ord. 2021-O-13 § 2 : Ord. 2009-O-53 § 1)
