The owner or person in control of any place of business including, but not limited to, restaurants, shopping centers, fast food outlets and stores shall, at all times, keep the premises clean of all litter and shall take measures including, if necessary, daily cleanup of the premises and proper storage of litter to prevent litter from being carried off site by natural elements to adjoining or other premises. It shall be a violation of this section to abandon, neglect or disregard the condition of such premises so as to permit it to accumulate litter thereon. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § III)
