A. A person, corporation, partnership, association or other entity, who violates this chapter, shall be fined no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) plus the village's cost of prosecution, including reasonable attorney fees. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
B. A person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a public place or place of employment that violates this chapter shall be fined: 1) not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first violation, 2) not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the second violation within one year after the first violation, and 3) not less than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each additional violation within one year after the second violation.
