No person shall smoke in a public place or any place of employment or within fifteen feet (15') of any entrance to a public place or place of employment. No person may smoke in any vehicle owned, leased, or operated by the state, village or other political subdivision of the state. Smoking is prohibited in indoor public places and places of employment unless exempted by section 8.20.050 of this chapter. (Ord. 2010-O-12 § 1)
