Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per violation. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2004-O-05 § 3)
