8.12.320: VIOLATIONS:
   A.   Any property within the village that becomes a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this article and shall be subject to its rules and regulations.
   B.   Any person in charge who permits real property within the village to become a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this article and shall be subject to its rules and regulations. (Ord. 2004-O-05 § 3)
