In addition to the foregoing liability and abatement provisions, any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of sections of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation.
