8.12.160: RELOCATION OF VEHICLES IN EMERGENCIES:
When any emergency arises necessitating the removal of any vehicle upon any public way, members of the police department and employees of the department of streets and sanitation are authorized to remove or have removed the vehicle from one location to any other location. (Ord. 2004-O-04 § 4)
