Authorized village officials shall have the power to enter upon any premises in the village upon which there is suspected to be a nuisance, as provided for in this article, for the purpose of examining and abating the nuisance. Any person who in any manner hinders or obstructs any authorized officer or representative of the village, in the inspecting of any premises within the village limits, in the abatement or removal of any nuisance, or in the discharge of any of the duties prescribed in this article or any other ordinance for the prevention or correction of any unsanitary, unsightly or unsafe condition in the village, shall be found guilty.
