8.12.110: RECORDS OF DISPOSITION OF VEHICLES:
When a vehicle in the custody of the village is reclaimed by the registered owner thereof, or another person legally entitled thereto, or when the vehicle is sold at public sale or otherwise disposed of as provided in this chapter, a report of the transaction will be maintained by the village for one year from the date of the reclamation, sale or disposal. (Ord. 2004-O-04 § 4)
