No person shall dump or deposit or cause to be dumped or deposited within the village any garbage, ashes, refuse, trash, rubbish, miscellaneous waste, manure or other substance that may contain disease, germs or be scattered by the wind or decompose, or become filthy, noxious, or unhealthful, except at a sanitary landfill site for which a permit has been lawfully issued. Such dumping without a permit is declared to be a nuisance. Any person violating this provision of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the schedule in 2.43.060, Fines Applicable To All Offenses. (Ord. 2023-O-5 § 1:Ord. 1989-O-06 § 1)
