A. Appeals may be taken by the party requesting a variance, or any party objecting thereto to the zoning board of appeals by submitting a written request therefor to the chairman of the zoning board within ten (10) days after the receipt of written notice of the code official's decision. The appeal request shall be accompanied by a filing fee as provided in the fee schedule of the village, as amended.
B. If an appeal is taken, the zoning board of appeals shall hear the matter and consider the evidence at one of its regularly scheduled meetings. (Ord. 2014-O-36: Ord. 1990-O-1 § 1)
