A. Park Or Public Playground: No person shall bring or lead any dog in any park or public playground area unless it is held by a leash not more than four feet (4') long.
B. Secured By Leash: It shall be unlawful for any owner of any dog, cat, miniature pig or other animal to go upon any public street, alley or sidewalk or other public place unless such animal is securely on a leash.
C. Animal Waste Disposal: It shall be unlawful for any owner of a dog or other domestic animal to walk said dog or domestic animal in or upon any public way or other public place in the village of Beach Park without having on his or her person sufficient equipment to remove from the public way or other public place any animal litter which may be deposited by said animal.
It shall be unlawful for any owner of a dog or other domestic animal to allow said animal to deposit any litter upon any public way or other public place in the village or upon any private property not owned by the owner unless that person has the permission of the owner of the property or immediately removes said animal litter from the property.
