6.08.030: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2006-O-42 § 3: Ord. 1998-O-96 § 1)
