A. It shall be unlawful for any owner of a dog or other domestic animal to walk said domestic dog or domestic animal in or upon any public way or other public place in the village of Beach Park without having on his or her possession sufficient equipment to remove from the public way or other public place any animal litter which may be deposited by said animal.
B. It shall be unlawful for any owner of a dog or other domestic animal to allow said animal to deposit any litter upon any public way or other public place in the village or upon any private property not owned by the owner, unless that person has the permission of the owner of the property or immediately remove said animal litter from the property.
C. Failure to comply with this section will result in a minimum fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00) and a maximum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 2007-O-84 § 2)
