6.06.270: CONTROL OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS:
   A.   An owner, keeper, or harborer, when walking a dog, cat or other animal on public property or private property other than the owners, keeper's, or harborer's, shall control such animal with a leash not to exceed six feet (6') in length. (Ord. 2007-O-84 § 2)
