6.06.230: LIABILITY OF OWNER OF DOG, CAT OR OTHER ANIMAL ATTACKING OR INJURING HUMANS OR ANIMAL:
If a dog, cat or other animal without provocation attacks or injures any person or animal who is peaceably conducting himself in any place where he may lawfully be, the owner of such dog, cat or other animal is liable for damages to such person for the full amount of injury and damages sustained.
