6.06.100: AUTHORITY TO ASCERTAIN INOCULATION AGAINST RABIES AND REGISTRATION:
The health department, village or authorized agent or law enforcement agency is hereby authorized to ascertain by observation and by inquiry of the animal owner if the dog or cat is inoculated against rabies and registered. (Ord. 2007-O-84 § 2)
