5.34.105: VILLAGE OF BEACH PARK TO KEEP RECORDS:
The village clerk shall keep records of any pertinent information concerning public passenger vehicles, drivers and operators. These records shall be available for inspection by the public in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois freedom of information act 1 . (Ord. 2010-O-67)
