5.34.104: PENALTY:
   A.   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   B.   Upon the third or subsequent offense, the village shall suspend or revoke the public passenger vehicle business certificate. (Ord. 2010-O-67)
