All taxicab rates of fare must be submitted on the application of a public passenger vehicle business certificate to operate within the village. Such rates must be prominently displayed in the taxicab so they may be seen by all passengers. Any rate changes must be submitted to the village clerk ten (10) days prior to the effective date thereof. (Ord. 2010-O-67)
