A. The village shall have the authority to create on public property, and with the permission from the owner of private property, public passenger vehicle stands where public passenger vehicles authorized by the village may wait for passengers.
B. The village shall have the authority to limit the number of public passenger vehicles permitted to use a public passenger vehicle stand at any given time. (Ord. 2010-O-67)
