The sponsor shall be strictly liable for the acts of its agents, volunteers, officers and employees and shall indemnify and hold harmless the village, its officers, agents and employees from any claim, suit or liability whatsoever including, but not limited to, any court costs or reasonable attorney fees arising out of or in any way connected with any acts or omissions of the sponsor, its agents, volunteers, officers and employees, or the special event.
Nothing herein shall relieve a sponsor, its officers, agents and employees, as well as any other participants, such as restaurants, in any special event from complying with all applicable village, state and federal laws and regulations including, but not limited to, obtaining any other permits or approvals as required by law.
