When the sale of alcohol is planned for a special event, the sponsor shall be responsible for applying and obtaining a daily liquor permit pursuant to chapter 5.16, "Liquor Licenses", of this title. Upon application of a daily liquor permit the sponsor shall provide the village with a certificate of insurance evidencing adequate insurance, including such coverages and limits as the village determines are reasonable and necessary for such activity. All such insurance shall name the village as an additional primary, noncontributing insured. (Ord. 2006-O-08 § 1)
