Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per offense, and be responsible for the village's cost of prosecution including reasonable attorney fees, for each offense or the revocation of his or her liquor license, or to both such fine and revocation of such license. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2006-O-14 § 1)
