A. A license is purely a personal privilege, good for not to exceed one year from the date of issuance. The one year period shall be from July 1 of each year to June 30 of each following year, unless sooner revoked or suspended. Licenses issued after July 1 of any year shall pay the full license fee as provided herein.
B. All licenses, regardless of the date of issuance, shall terminate on June 30 of each year following the date of issuance. (Ord. 2006-O-14 § 1)
