5.04.170: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense and be responsible for the village's cost of prosecution, including reasonable attorney fees. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2007-O-35 § 2)
