The license granted hereunder is strictly a personal privilege and may not be sold, transferred or assigned. This license permits the conduct of the permitted enterprises only on the premises described in the application form ("licensed premises"). Any person who obtains a license under this chapter takes such license subject to the further regulation of the village as is appropriate under the laws of the state of Illinois. (Ord. 1990-O-42 § 1)
