It is unlawful for any license holder hereunder to sponsor, organize, produce, permit or hold any organized activity including, but not limited to, dances, gatherings of three (3) or more persons, concerts or playing of music outside of the building which is located on the licensed premises. Nor shall any license holder hereunder cause or permit the playing of music, by loudspeaker or otherwise, outside of the building premises. At all times that the licensed premises is open for business, all doors and windows to the premises shall be closed. (Ord. 1990-O-42 § 1)
