5.04.130: MINORS; SUPERVISION:
   A.   It is the duty of the license holder hereunder to have all patrons off the licensed premises by the curfew hours applicable to minors within the village. This duty includes, but is not limited to, the licensed building and its parking lots.
   B.   The license holder shall employ adult persons to adequately and reasonably supervise the premises at all times that there are minors under age eighteen (18) on the premises.
   C.   The license holder shall not permit a minor upon the licensed premises if the license holder has actual knowledge that a parent of such minor has prohibited such minor from being in or upon the licensed premises.
   D.   The license holder shall not admit to the premises children under the age of sixteen (16) years until after the hour of three thirty o'clock (3:30) P.M. on school days. For purposes of this provision, "school day" is defined as those days when the local high school holds regular classes. (Ord. 1990-O-42 § 1)
