5.04.110: TOBACCO AND SMOKING MATERIAL SALE PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any license holder hereunder, on the licensed premises to sell, barter, give, exchange, or otherwise furnish to any patron any "tobacco products" or "tobacco accessories" as defined in section 9.60.010 of this code. (Ord. 2010-O-35 § 2)
