5.04.090: BILLIARDS AND POOL; USE RESTRICTIONS:
It is unlawful for any person holding a license hereunder to permit any person who has not reached the age of eighteen (18) years, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, to play billiards or pool, or to permit such minor to remain in a room where there is located a billiard table or pool table. (Ord. 1990-O-42 § 1)
