5.04.080: LICENSE; NUMBER; FEE; DURATION:
There may be issued only one license for an amusement hall for minors. The fee for such license shall be as provided in the fee schedule of the village, as amended. The duration of such license shall be for six (6) months or such lesser period as conforms to the license period May 1 to October 31 or November 1 to April 30. (Ord. 2014-O-36)
