As used in this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
AMUSEMENT HALL FOR MINORS: Any building or part of a building used or intended to be used or promoted as a place where minors or other persons under the age of twenty one (21) years old may gather for any amusement or any commercial activity including, but not limited to, dancing, playing of music, consumption of beverages or food, and athletic events.
PERSON: Any individual, partnership, corporation, club, organization or other entity. (Ord. 2010-O-35 § 1)
