A. The village building and zoning administrator or his designee shall have the authority to enter any business establishment required to register under the provisions of this chapter at all reasonable times to verify compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
B. During inspections of the premises in connection with enforcing the requirement of a registration certificate, should probable cause that a violation of state or local law exists upon the premises, the inspector shall inform the village as such. (Ord. 2007-O-34 § 2)
