A. Registration Deadline: Every business subject to the regulations of this chapter shall register on or before June 30 of each calendar year. Any business that commences initial operations within the village shall, within thirty (30) days after commencement, register for its first annual permit for the year in which commencement occurs.
B. Term Duration And Renewal: The full registration certificate fee shall be paid annually, and no fee shall be prorated for a term of less than one year. A business registered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall provide an updated registration form and the required registration fee to the village no later than June 30 of each calendar year.
