Residents and businesses that move into the village will not be automatically included in the village's program. The village cannot guarantee the rates, terms, and conditions to members enrolling after the twenty one (21) day opt out period of the initial enrollees. Members wishing to opt into the program may contact the supplier to obtain enrollment information. There is, however, no guarantee that customers opting in at a later date will receive the same price, terms, and conditions as did the initial participants. The selected supplier's decision whether or not to extend an offer will be based, in part, on the market prices at the time of request. (Ord. 2013-O-07)
