3-3-12: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor; and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, plus the cost of prosecution in any case. (Ord. 10.11, 7-5-1989; amd. 2002 Code; Ord. 2020-003, 4-7-2020)
