The provisions of Minnesota statutes chapter 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, financial responsibility of licensees, hours and days of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consumption of intoxicating liquor are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as if set out in full. However, the city may choose to be more restrictive than said state law and if such restrictions are set forth below, they shall be effective and preempt the more general restrictions of state law.
