The city shall designate by resolution the entity which shall be responsible for the disbursement of all funds collected according to Minnesota statutes section 469.190. The entity shall submit an annual marketing program and budget to the city for its review. Said resolution may define other procedures necessary to ensure proper execution of this delegation of authority. (2002 Code)
