2-6-1: ESTABLISHMENT:
There is hereby established a city of Baxter cemetery commission, hereinafter referred to as the "commission". (Ord. 2016-009, 4-19-2016)
2-6-2: PURPOSE:
   A.   Purpose Of Commission: The commission is established to make recommendations to the city council on the city's cemetery. (Ord. 2016-009, 4-19-2016)
