The planning and zoning commission serves as the city's planning agency and board of appeals and adjustments and shall have the powers and duties given these bodies by Minnesota statutes sections 462.357, 462.358, and 462.359, as may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 2013-04, 3-19-2013)
