A. Permits: Permits for activities regulated pursuant to this chapter shall be issued by the city. The contracted fire department, through its fire chief or designee, may review plans when necessary.
B. Fees: Fees for such permits shall be adopted and set by ordinance of the city council, and are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the building official or designee to file necessary reports with the state. The city shall maintain records of all permits and plans. (Ord. 2013-14, 11-19-2013)
